02 / Scale

Scale delivery without increasing headcount.

When the work is sold but your internal team is full, I plug in as senior delivery capacity. I can take ownership from scope to launch or step into the part of a project that needs momentum.

Capacity when you need it

Add senior delivery capacity for a project, sprint or busy period without another permanent hire or management layer.

One accountable owner

Scope, estimation, developers, QA and launch stay connected through one person who owns the outcome.

Invisible to your client

Your client relationship stays yours. I work inside your tools, process and brand, not around them.

03 / Services

Where I plug in.

Use me for a full build, a delivery gap, or the technical layer behind a client project.

04 / Selected delivery

Work your client sees. Delivery they don't.

From stalled delivery to go-live in four weeks.

Three premium client accounts were slipping and the agency no longer had dates it trusted. I took ownership of delivery under the agency's name.

05 / Process

Clear scope. Visible progress. Clean handoff.

You shouldn't have to chase a delivery partner to understand where a build stands.

01 / Clarify

01Brief

Send what you have.

Brief, designs or client notes are enough to start.

02Scope

Requirements become a plan.

Scope, estimate, milestones, assumptions and risks are made clear before execution.

Scope / Estimate / Milestones

02 / Execute

03Build

Work moves in visible milestones.

Development runs inside the agreed workflow with progress and blockers visible.

04QA

Tested before agency review.

Responsive, functional and content QA happen before the build reaches you.

Build / Status / QA

03 / Deliver

05Review

One clean place for feedback.

You review a clean staging build without dragging the client into delivery noise.

06Ship

Launch and handoff.

Launch, documentation and agreed post-launch support close the loop.

06 / Why agencies use me

Built for agency delivery, not freelance handoffs.

I'm used to the part of agency work where promises become deliverables: scope, timelines, developers, QA, client expectations and launch all meeting in the same place.

01

Senior ownership, start to finish

You are not handing the project to a junior PM after the sales call. I stay close to scope, execution and launch.

02

Agency-side thinking

I think about scope, margin, handoffs and client expectations alongside the technical work. The solution still has to make commercial sense for your agency.

03

Clear decisions, not status noise

You get concise updates, risks and next actions. If something is slipping, you hear it early with a plan attached.

04

Plug in without changing your process

Slack, ClickUp, Jira, Linear, Asana or email: I adapt to the way your team already works rather than forcing a new operating model.

Need overflow for one sprint? Fine. Need ownership of a full build? Also fine.

07 / Capabilities

Enough range to solve the project. Enough judgment to keep it simple.

The stack is supporting evidence, not the product. I choose around the brief, your team and the maintenance reality after launch.

08 / About

I've spent 9+ years where agency promises become deliverables.

Faraz Rohaila in a navy suit, standing in an office with a city view

My background sits between technical delivery and hands-on build work. I've spent most of my career where creative intent, technical constraints, timelines and client expectations all have to meet.

That makes me useful before development starts and after it gets complicated: clarifying scope, pressure-testing timelines, translating between creative and technical teams, removing blockers, running QA and getting the thing shipped.

You keep the client relationship. I keep delivery moving.

09 / Partner proof

Trusted when the client can't see the seams.

Faraz had a documented plan inside three days, and we were shipping again within the month.

“Faraz had a documented plan inside three days, and we were shipping again within the month. He ran it all under our name so cleanly that our clients only noticed that the work started arriving on time.”

“Faraz showed us the real problem was the single server, not the platform. We migrated over 30 GB with no data loss and near-zero downtime.”
CTO / Prop trading firm

It feels like having our own dev team.

“We used to turn down projects because our team was too busy. Now we have someone we can count on when things get full. The work gets done, our clients are happy, and we don't have to hire more people just to keep up.”
Agency Owner / Digital Marketing Agency

They made our WordPress projects so much easier.

“WordPress work was taking up too much of our time. Every small change seemed to turn into a bigger task. Now we send the work over, get clear updates, and know it will be taken care of. It's been a huge help for our team.”
Founder / Web Design Agency

We can finally take on more work without the stress.

“There were times when we had to say no to new clients because we didn't have enough people to handle the work. Having a reliable development partner changed that. We can now take on more projects without putting extra pressure on our team.”
CEO / Creative Agency

Our Shopify projects are in good hands.

“We needed help with Shopify builds, store updates, and custom features. The team understood what we wanted and kept us updated along the way. It is nice to have a development partner we can reach out to whenever a new project comes in.”
Founder / E-commerce Agency

They help us look good in front of our clients.

“Our clients don't care who builds the website. They just want it done right and on time. Having a team behind us that understands this makes our job much easier. We can focus on our clients while they handle the development work.”
Managing Partner / Digital Agency

They are more than just another team we outsource to.

“We've worked with different developers over the years, and finding people who understand agency work is not easy. This team gets it. They ask the right questions, keep us in the loop, and care about the final result. That makes a big difference.”
Agency Founder / Web & Marketing Agency

They helped us get through some tricky projects.

“Not every project goes as planned. We've had websites with custom features, old code, and things that just stopped working. Having a team that can look into the problem and help us find a way forward has saved us a lot of time.”
Operations Director / Digital Agency

We always know where things stand.

“One of our biggest issues with past developers was having to chase them for updates. We wanted a team that would keep us informed and tell us if something needed more time. Having clear communication has made our projects much easier to manage.”
Project Manager / Web Development Agency

We grew our agency without hiring a full-time dev team.

“We wanted to offer more development services, but hiring full-time staff didn't make sense for us yet. Working with an outside team gave us the support we needed without adding more people to our payroll. We can now offer more to our clients and keep our team focused.”
Founder / Marketing Agency

We finally have someone to handle the small things.

“Building a website is one thing. Keeping it running and making changes for clients is another. We needed someone who could help with both. Now we have a team we can reach out to for new builds, fixes, and ongoing website work.”
