01 / Who I am

Senior delivery ownership, behind your agency's brand.

I'm Faraz Rohaila, a technical project manager and delivery lead. For 9+ years I've worked where agency promises become deliverables: scope, developers, QA, client expectations and launch.

02 / Background

Between technical delivery and hands-on build work.

My career sits in the part of agency work most people only notice when it breaks. Creative intent, technical constraints, timelines and client expectations all have to meet in one plan, and someone has to own that plan until launch.

That makes me useful before development starts and after it gets complicated. I clarify scope, pressure-test timelines, translate between creative and technical teams, remove blockers, run QA and get the thing shipped.

Most of that work happens under other agencies' names. I'm comfortable staying invisible, and I'm equally comfortable joining a client call as part of your team when it makes delivery easier.

03 / How I think about delivery

Four rules I don't break.

They're the reason agencies bring me back for the next build instead of the next rescue.

Clarity before velocity.

A documented plan beats more activity. I define done, milestones and owners before adding pace.

Bad news early, with a plan attached.

If something is slipping you hear it the day I see it, together with the options and my recommendation.

Your client stays yours.

I work inside your brand, tools and process. The relationship, the credit and the margin stay with your agency.

The simplest stack that survives launch.

Technology choices follow the brief, your team and who maintains the build after handoff.

04 / Working together

What working with me looks like.

No new operating model to learn. I adapt to the way your team already runs projects.

05 / Partner proof

In their words.

01 / 04

They are more than just another team we outsource to.

We've worked with different developers over the years, and finding people who understand agency work is not easy. This team gets it. They ask the right questions, keep us in the loop, and care about the final result. That makes a big difference.

We always know where things stand.

One of our biggest issues with past developers was having to chase them for updates. We wanted a team that would keep us informed and tell us if something needed more time. Having clear communication has made our projects much easier to manage.
Project Manager / Web Development AgencyName withheld

They helped us get through some tricky projects.

Not every project goes as planned. We've had websites with custom features, old code, and things that just stopped working. Having a team that can look into the problem and help us find a way forward has saved us a lot of time.
Operations Director / Digital AgencyName withheld

It feels like having our own dev team.

We used to turn down projects because our team was too busy. Now we have someone we can count on when things get full. The work gets done, our clients are happy, and we don't have to hire more people just to keep up.
