What is collected
- Details you submit in the project brief form: name, work email, agency name and website, location, project details and any links you choose to share.
- Basic technical data needed to run and secure the site, such as server logs.
Why it is used
To reply to your brief, prepare estimates and deliver agreed work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and legitimate interest in running a business.
Who it is shared with
Only service providers needed to run the site and email, such as hosting, database and email delivery providers. Client details you share are treated as confidential and can be covered by an NDA.
How long it is kept
Briefs that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed for contractual, tax and legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email the address above and you will get a reply within one month.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. Two analytics tools may run only after you accept the banner on your first visit:
- Google Analytics 4 counts visits and popular pages. IP addresses are anonymised. Nothing is shared with advertisers.
- Microsoft Clarity records anonymous session replays and heatmaps to see where the site is confusing. It does not capture form fields you type into.
If you decline, neither loads and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clicking here or in the site footer.
Forms on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses browser signals to filter automated traffic. Turnstile sets no cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The booking calendar on the Get a quote page is provided by Calendly and loads when that section comes into view. Calendly may set cookies when it loads. See Calendly's privacy notice for details.
